| 摘 要： | 海军军事思想作为人们在一定时期对海洋、海军和海战的理性认识,是指导国家海军发展的软力量,直接影响着海军发展的进程.美国建国初期,海军军事思想的争论异常激烈,海军发展初期历经挫折.探讨美国建国初期的海军军事思想,对我国海军的建设具有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Naval military thinking,as a rational knowledge of man on the sea,the navy and sea battles at a certain period,is a soft power to guide the course of naval development.In the early days of the United States,there were fierce debates on naval military thinking,and the early development of the navy saw frequent setbacks.An analysis on their naval military thinking of that time will provide us with some lessons for our navy construction. |
