| 摘 要： | 刑案假象是由于作案人的原因或偶然因素的介入,形成虚假乃至歪曲反映案件事实真相的现象的总称。它具有潜在性、矛盾性、接近性、辩证性的特征。对刑案假象的识别需要做好现场勘查工作;把握案件的反常,揭示隐蔽性;发挥逆向思维的作用,换位思考;合理运用侦查谋略,促使反常等。

| Abstract: | Illusion of criminal cases is the name of false even distorted phenomena which cannot actually reflect the case due to the intervention of offender or occasional factors.It is of potentiality,contradiction,proximity and dialectics.To identify the illusion of criminal cases,we need do well inscene investigation,grasp the abnormality of cases,disclose its disguise,make use of reverse thingking and reasonably take advantage of investigation strategies. |
