| Abstract: | The 17th CPC National Congress has written ＂ecological civilization＂ into the report of party congress, which underlines the Communist Party of China promoting the sclcntific concept of development, huildung a socialist harmonious society＇s governing new thinking, in line with the reality of contemporary China and the trend of the times. A comprehensive understanding and grasp of the essence, need, and way to build an ecological civilization is strategic for achieving sustainable development and building a well - off society and realize social harmony. |
