加入WTO后 ,司法独立对我国刑事侦查行政化的冲击 ,国际刑事司法准则与我国刑事侦查的矛盾 ,对我国现行刑事侦查制度提出了挑战 ,保障人权理念对侦查人员的素质提出了更高的要求。为适应形势发展需要 ,我国现行刑事侦查制度应在现有体制下进行改革 ,实行刑事侦查司法化 ,刑事侦查人员精英化 ,充分体现保障人权的理念

WTO And Reforms on Criminal Investigation

After joining the WTO, the impact by judicial independence towards administration for our domestic criminal investigation in China, the conflicts between international criminal judicial principles and domestic criminal investigation, both have proposed challenges towards our current criminal investigation system. Meanwhile, the concept of ensuring human rights has raised a higher requirement for criminal investigation staff's quality. In order to adjust to development of situation, the current criminal investigation system should be reformed to realize juditicature of criminal investigation and talents of staff , and fully reflect the concept of ensuring human rights.
