| Abstract: | Though,in the existing laws of environmental protection,there are some stipulations about the public participation,they are just in principle,and tooabstract to form a serie of law system,which is not good for the public to participate in the environmental protection in the whole process.Toicipate in the environmental protection in the whole process.Toput forward ways as to how to improve the law system of public participation in environment protiction,by means of analyzing its current situation in our country. |
