| Abstract: | The opening of personal information is a double-edged sword.It does good to information communication and information sharing but at the same time does harm to a citizen's privacy right.To construct a sound personal information protection system,we should make efforts to do a lot of things such as perfecting legislation and standardizing pubic rights. |
