| 摘 要： | 在广大公务员中形成普遍的、完美的行政人格是行政伦理建设的目的。应从行政伦理教育、行政监督和行政官员自身道德修养三方面来剖析行政人格的塑造过程,行政人格的塑造在国家公务员社会生活、特别是行政生活中是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the administrative ethics, the universal and perfect administrative personality should be molded among administrators. This article analyzes how to mold the administrative personality from three aspects the education of administrative ethics , administrative supervision and the moral cultivation of the administrators. It expounds the importance of molding the administrative personality in administrators' social life, especially in administrative life. |
