| 摘 要： | 单纯城市地理上的扩张并不能真正促进农民的市民化，由于征地、培训、保障等方面制度的缺陷，失地农民并未真正市民化。失地农民的市民化是一个综合的社会转变过程，其不仅仅是户口的转变，还存在社会保障和社会关系的重塑、思想意识的变迁等问题。解决失地农民市民化的问题，必须统筹兼顾，才能从根本上解决失地农民的生活和出路问题。

| Abstract: | The process of peasants' citizenization cannot be promoted by the geographical expansion of cities solely. Due to institutional defects in land expropriation,training and social security,the land-expropriated peasants have not been transformed into citizens actually.
