| 摘 要： | 中国传统管理思想与现代企业管理实践的结合已日益成为众多学者探讨和研究的重点,儒家、法家的管理思想,对创建节约型企业、提高企业成本管理水平有着重要的价值。通过对儒家、法家管理思想的精髓进行梳理和剖析,汲取其精华,形成完整的理论体系,可以有效发挥其在现代企业成本管理中的应用。

| Abstract: | The combination of Chinese traditional management thought and the practice of modern enterprises has increasingly become the focus of scholars＇ explorations and research.The management thoughts made by Confucianism and Legalism schools are of great value in creating resource-saving enterprises and improving cost management level in enterprises.By studying and exploring the quintessence of the thoughts,we obtain their cream to form a complete theory system,and make it play important roles in cost management in modern enterprises as well. |
