| 摘 要： | 司法腐败产生的根源有转型期特定的社会背景;司法体制设置不合理;司法监督机制不健全,监督不力;司法人员整体素质不高。建设司法腐败的预防体系主要包括:强化教育,形成自律;健全完善制度,加大防范力度;健全监督机制,加大惩治力度;加强身份和经济保障,构筑激励机制。

| Abstract: | Judicial is the last defensive line of social justice,hailed as judicial corruption is biggest corruption.This paper investigates the definition,origins and the prevention system of judicial corruption,hope that through a series of institutional building and reform,effectively control and prevent the judicial corruption. |
