| 摘 要： | 根据刑事侦查行为的样态,可以从不同的角度将其区分为任意侦查行为与强制侦查行为、公开侦查行为与秘密侦查行为、技术侦查行为与非技术侦查行为。这一分类研究的重要意义在于为实践中侦查机关的行为选择提供宏观指导。对“无被害犯罪”典型的毒品犯罪,不仅需要采取一般的侦查方法,而且需要根据这种犯罪的特征设计特殊的侦查方法。

| Abstract: | According to the conformations of criminal investigation,they could he classified into arbitrary investigating behavior and forced investigating behavior ,unfurl investigating behavior and secret investigating behavior technological investigating behavior and non-technological investigating behavior.The important meaning of this assortment consist in supplying macroscopic supervising for behavior selecting of investigation department in practiceDealing with the drug criminality which is the representative of "non-he murdered crime", we should not only adopt general detective method,but also should design specific investigating method based on this kind of criminal characteristic. |
