浅谈食品安全犯罪侦查中的几个问题

刑法是保护食品安全的最后一道防线，有效地侦查对于筑牢这道防线意义重大。食品安全犯罪案件的侦查中公安机关侦查部门应及时介入，把握侦查的有利时机。在对行政机关移送案件进行侦查的同时依托经侦基础工作，拓宽食品安全犯罪情报信息来源，主动出击，精确打击食品安全犯罪。在收购、加工、贮存和运输环节发生的严重危害食品安全的行为可以按食品安全犯罪案件立案侦查。
