| 摘 要： | 案例研究(也称个案研究)已然成为公共管理研究的一种主流方法。本文结合实例讨论了公共管理案例研究中的一些基本问题:案例研究的概念、优点和可能的缺点;公共管理案例研究如何选题、立意,彰显其研究价值;如何构思公共管理案例研究的主体框架;公共管理案例研究如何处理个案式研究与通则式研究之间的关系,以及公共管理案例研究写作的注意事项。
