| 摘 要： | 侵犯人民警察执法权益、暴力袭警、故意伤害民警的行为,不仅是对国家法律的公然藐视和对社会的敌视,也是破坏社会公共秩序,妨害国家机关对社会正常管理的行为。只有从法律法规体系上、保护措施上、自身素质上完善人民警察执法权益的保障机制,提高人民警察的执法水平和自我保护能力,才能有效维护民警的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The actions of infringing upon the police's rights and interests in excuting the law,making a surprise attack on police by force,harming the police on purpose are hostile to the society and law,which do harm to the society public order and the state organs'normal management on the society.Only when we protect the police's rights and interests in the excuting the law,perfect the system,enhance the police's standard in excuting the law and protection,could we protect the police' rights and interests effectively. |
