| 摘 要： | 为贫困者提供法律援助是一项公认的国家责任。我国法律援助制度是保障人权,维护公民合法权益,促进司法公正的一项重要制度。但由于我国法律援助制度起步较晚,在立法、经费保障等方面都存在着严重不足,需要大力推进和完善,进而为构建和谐社会发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | To provide legal aid to the poor is a recognized national responsibility. China's legal aid system is an important system to protect human rights,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,and promote judicatory justice. However,due to the late start of the legal aid system in China,there is a serious shortage in the legislation,fund protection and other aspects.We need to vigorously promote and improve them to play a greater role in building a harmonious society. |
