| Abstract: | Individualization and randomization are the typical features of the ＂lone Wolf＂ terrorism. Thevalue lost of ＂marginalized population＂ provides the soil for breeding the ＂lone wolf＂ terrorism. American counterterrorism strategy based on instrumental rationality has lost its moral legitimacy. Equality, inclusive,tolerance and symbiosis are the antidote to terrorism. |
