关于"一稿多投"现象的思考

"一稿多投"是许多编辑工作者所头疼的问题,但此现象却呈现出屡禁不止、愈演愈烈之势.简单地将责任归于作者或出版单位都是有失偏颇的,只有把二者的利益联系起来、统一起来、紧密地结合起来,对善意和恶意的"一稿多投"进行分化,从体制入手,让"快发"的目的得以实现,让"多发"的目的受到压制,加强编辑和作者之间的交流、沟通,问题才能得以解决.

"A draft throws too much",which is a problem that make many editors have a headache,present to "more forbidden,more severity".It is both unilateral to ascribe the responsibility simply to only one-side inthe author or the publication unitses;None but unify the benefits of them two sides,divide the good intentions and the malice of which commence from the system,let the purpose of "quick publish" carry out,let the purpose of "repeated publish" be inhibitted,strengthen the exchanges and the communication of the editor and author,the problem then can be resolved.
