| 摘 要： | 建立法律援助律师制度是法律援助制度发展进程中的重要举措。在中国目前法律服务市场不很发达和法律援助需求日趋增长的状况下,如何建立符合中国国情的法律援助制度,促进法律援助事业健康协调发展,促进律师制度的完善,是一项具有挑战性的任务。

| Abstract: | It is an important measure to establish a system of legal aid lawyers in the developmental process of legal aid system.In China,the legal service market is not developed enough,while the demand for legal aid is increasing each day.It becomes a challenging task for us to establish a legal aid system according to the actual situation in China,and in doing so,we can promote a healthy and harmonious development of the legal aid cause and improve the system of lawyers. |
