摘    要:本文对测定血痕中睾酮量(T)和全血蛋白量(P),及T/P的比值来判断血痕性别的可能性进行了探讨.通过测定102名健康成年人血痕(男性57名,女性45名),得出本法对男性血痕的肯定率为80.7%,对女性血痕的肯定率为88.9%.实验中还观察到时间因素及某些环境因素(霉变)能使两性血痕T/P值降低.

Abstract:This paper involves the measurement of testosterone (T) and total protein (P) in bloodstains. 102 samples (3 day old bloodstains, 57 male, 45 female) were measured for testosterone and total protein content. The T/P ratios in male were ranged from 4 to 50.8pg/mg with a mean of 15.8pg/mg,while in female ranged from 0.4 to 10.2pg/mg with a mean of 1.5pg/mg. The ranges overlapped in the region between 4~10.2pg/mg,but 80.7% of male stains gave higher T/P ratios than 10.2pg/mg,and 88.9% female stains gave lower ratios than 4. The mean values would be lower in both sexes in aged stains and the T/P would also be decrease when moulding. In blind study, 11 samples were measured, 4 male and 5 female bloodstains were correctly identified, 2 other female samples were inconclusive. The results indicated that the identification of sex origin of bloodstains using this method is practical.
