| 摘 要： | 沉默权是犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在刑事诉讼中所享有的一项重要权利 ,我国刑事诉讼确立沉默权应当是必然趋势 ,而且是可行的。沉默权将对公安机关侦查工作产生重大影响 ,有利有弊。公安机关应加强自身建设 ,提高侦查能力 ,并寻求其它部门的支持 ,从各方面努力尽快适应沉默权。

| Abstract: | The right of silence should have been enjoyed by criminal suspects and defendants in criminal proceedings.To establish it in China is necessary and practicable.It will greatly influence the investigation of public security authorities by its advantages and disadvantages.In order to adapt to it,the public security officers have to improve their professional abilities and get support from other departments. |
