| 摘 要： | 我国司法实践中，侦查机关侵害犯罪嫌疑人权利的行为屡禁不止，其中制度性因素是侦查程序缺乏必要的监督。在我国选择检察机关进行侦查监督是宪法决定的，符合现代法治国家设立检察机关的目的，也与我国现行的组织体制配套。目前，检察机关对侦查行为的监督存在有限性、事后性与被动性的缺陷。有必要从建立以检察机关为中心的司法审查制度、构建完整的程序性制裁机制等方面，对我国检察机关侦查监督机制进行完善。
