探究行政自由裁量权

Administrative discretion is an important component of administration power.From the viewpoint of law and administrative authority,administrative discretion does exist rationally but it does not mean this direction will be rationally used.The best way to control administrative discretion is rationality regulation with its core content to control administrative power by legislation,judicial review,and improving the quality of officers.
