| Abstract: | by summarizing the main innovation of the agricultural land financing practice, to analysis of the pros and cons of financing parties, risk and interests, the similarities and differences between ownership of agricultural land financing and agricultural land use rights financing, as well as to reflect on the omissions and shortcomings of the current agricultural land legal system, and to give some suggestions to improve agricultural land financing qualification and object content. |
