| 摘 要： | 老龄化是世界各国普遍存在的问题，我国当前面临严峻的老龄化问题。“常回家看看”正式写入《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》，有利于保障老年人权益，推进传统孝德。“常回家看看”入法引起社会热议，其立法的进步意义与操作性难题值得学界思考与探索。
