| 摘 要： | 维护职工合法权益与营造投资发展环境并不矛盾。从社会政治稳定、国家法治化、企业经济效益、人与社会全面发展进步和党的十六届三中全会要求等方面考察,我们目前非但不能偏废而且还要加大维护职工合法权益的力度。

| Abstract: | There are not contradictions between safeguarding workers and staff members' rights and interests and creating investment environment. From the vision of social and political stability, state's legalization, enterprises' economic efficiency, the development and progress of human and society in an all-round way, and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, we should strengthen to safeguard workers and staff members' rights and interests. |
