| 摘 要： | 由教育投资和培训等形成的人力资本在科学技术日益发展的条件下成为现代生产发展的决定性因素,我国“三农”问题实质是农民问题,农村人力资本存量低制约着“三农”问题的缓解,人力资本理论为“三农”问题的解决提供了科学依据,加强农村人力资本投资是解决“三农”问题的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Human capital formed by educational investment and training has become the decisive factor of the development of modern production under the increasing development of science and technology.The problem facing farmers is the essence of the problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.The problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers is restrained from solving by the lower human capital in rural areas and the theory of human capital provides scientific basis for solving the problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers.So improving the investment in human capital in rural areas is the key to the solution of the problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers. |
