| 摘 要： | 尊重党员主体地位，保障党员民主权利，深刻阐明了发展党内民主的根本要求，科学揭示了推进党内民主建设的基本原则、努力方向和关键所在。明确党员主体地位是党内民主建设经验的总结，是突破党内民主发展瓶颈的良方。所以，要以党员主体地位为基本点，健全党员权利保障机制。

| Abstract: | Respect the principal position of Party members and guarantee their democratic rights.It illuminates deeply the basic need of developing intra-Party democracy and suggests scientifically the fundamental principles,direction and key of expanding intra-Party democracy.Establishing the principal position of party members,concluded from the experiences of intra-Party democracy,is a good solution to break through the bottleneck of intra-Party democracy development.Therefore,we should base on the principal position of Party members to improve the protection system of Party members' rights. |
