摘    要:为进一步确定列当(Orobanche cumana)的实际效用以及是否可以在成为肉苁蓉的替代品方面有其相应的价值,对小鼠进行半数致死量测定和最大给药量测定的急性毒性试验、SD大鼠进行30 d灌胃的亚慢性毒性试验,观察列当水煎液的毒性作用。急性毒性试验结果表明,当列当水煎液的最大给药剂量为40 g/kg时,小鼠并无不适反应,体征一切正常,7 d内所有小鼠无死亡。亚慢性毒性试验期间,试验组大鼠的临床体征正常,血常规及血清生化指标均在正常范围内,剖检未见异常,在心、肝、肾组织学观察中均未见明显的病理变化。列当水煎液急性毒性试验及亚慢性毒性试验均说明列当水煎液实际无毒。

Abstract:The aim was to determine the actual utility of Orobanche cumana whether it can be turned into a substitute for Cistanche deserticola Ma.The acute toxicity test was to determine LD50 of mice and maximum tolerated dose,subchronic toxicity test was conducted in 30 days with SD rats by gastric lavage.Acute toxicity test in mice result showed that the maximum dose was 40 g/kg,no abnormal response was observed in mice after administration,and none of the rats died in 7 d.During the subchronic toxicity test,the clinical signs of rats in each group were normal,blood routine and serum biochemical indicators were also in the normal range.There’s nothing unusual in the gross anatomy.No significant pathological changes were observed in the heart,liver and kidney during histological observation.In conclusion,the acute toxicity test and subchronic toxicity test of O.cumana decoction both indicate that O.cumana decoction is actually notoxicity.
