蒋南翔对党校教育正规化改革的探索

蒋南翔在任中共中央党校第一副校长期间，协助王震进行了党校教育正规化改革，取得了较大的成就。在改革实践的基础上，他对此进行了系统的理论总结，认为党校教育正规化改革的三个核心内涵是：树立“以党性教育为本，理论、党性、知识、能力四位一体”的教育理念，坚持“党校既是教学中心，又是科研中心”的办学定位，实现“构建全国党校干部教育体系”的战略目标。

Jiang Nanxiang's Approaching Ways of Making Party School Education More Regularized

During the period when he was vice-president of central Party school of the CPC, Jiang Nanxiang assisted Wang Zhen, then president of central Party School of the CPC, in achieving great successes in making Party school education more regularized. On the basis of practice, he made a systematic theoretical summary of Party school education and put forward an idea of running Party school that Party school should put Party spirit first, that studying theories, imparting knowledge, enhancing Party spirit and cultivating ability are an integrated endeavor. He held that Party school should be both a teaching centre and a centre for scientific research and that the building of a national system of cadres education by Party school should be a strategic aim of regularization of Party school education.
