| 摘 要： | 公共部门人力资源培训是公共部门人力资源开发与管理的重要内容,是提高公职人员素质,建立优化、精干、稳定、高效的公职人员队伍的重要措施,是造就一大批德才兼备的政务活动家和行政管理人才的必要保证。本文着重探讨当前公共部门人力资源培训中存在的主要问题,以及如何解决这些问题,并对如何完善公共部门人力资源培训制度提出建议。
