| 摘 要： | 随着《中华人民共和国各级人民代表大会常务委员会监督法》的出台，人民检察院的专业法律监督也成为大家关注的焦点。在人民检察院的法律监督中，对民事诉讼、刑事诉讼和行政诉讼三大诉讼活动的审判监督又是重中之重。文章主要从现阶段三大诉讼的检察监督过程存在的问题着眼，以寻求一些切实可行的解决办法。

| Abstract: | With the producing of the Supervision Law,the professional legal supervision of People's Procuratorate also becomes the focus of people's attention.The three trial supervision of the civil,criminal and administrative proceeding litigation activities is the top priority in the legal supervision of People's Procuratorate.This article will focus the problem of the three procedure laws to find some practical solutions. |
