| 摘 要： | 我国法制新闻理论研究起步较晚,现有的研究资料零散,缺乏系统性,如今应该予以重视.本文从我国社会主义法制新闻事业与法制建设进程的紧密关系入手,试图理清我国法制新闻事业发展的脉络,并对它的现状及发展趋势加以分析归纳.

| Abstract: | The news theoretical research of legal system of our country starts relatively late, and the existing research materials are scattered, and lack systematicness, so we should pay more attention to it. This text starts wlth the close relation of the news institutions of socialist legal system of our country and legal construction process, attempts to put the train of thought of news institutions development of legal system of our country in order, and analyzes its current situation and trend of development. |
