| Abstract: | Legal liability,obligation and punishment are three different concepts.Economic law liability is different of civil responsibility and administrative responsibility in cause of emergence,form of liability and form of punishment.It makes up the limitations of civil responsibility and administrative responsibility.Fulfillment mechanism of economic law liability contained administrative enforcement of law mechanism and mechanism of action.Both of them should be strengthen. |
