试论我国刑事非法证据排除规则的完善

On the Perfection of Eliminating Rules of Criminal Illegal Evidence

As the hot and difficult problems of our procedural law and judicial practice,the discussing of the issue is of significance to perfecting procedure legislation,regulating judicial practice.On the basis of analysis of the current illegal evidence elimination rule defects and limitations,this article suggests to promote eliminating rules of criminal illegal evidence through perfecting legislation,make clear the effectiveness of illegal evidence and the establishment of supporting systems.
