| 摘 要： | 国家的一切权力都是属于人民的 ,具有人民性。与人民性对立的国家权力是其对自身本质的异化。不同的社会形态 ,国家权力的人民性表现是各不相同的 ,当然 ,完全一点表现都没有或完全百分之百地表现也是不存在的。在实际生活中 ,人民的力量必须足以约束国家权力 ,使国家权力沿着服务人民权利 ,维护、促进而不是损害社会整体利益的方向运行

| Abstract: | All the state power belongs to people. The state power against people's character is nature alienation of itself. There are different kinds of people's character of state power in different social formations. In actual living, people's power must restrain state power and make state power exercise for serving people's right and promoting the whole interest of the society. |
