| 摘 要： | 抵押担保是实践中常见的一种防范债权风险 ,保障交易安全的债权担保方式。在实际运用过程中 ,它表现出了较大的灵活性和复杂的变化性。抵押权次序的抛弃即为抵押担保中发生的一种特殊现象 ,对它的研究将有助于我国抵押担保制度的完善与发展。

| Abstract: | Guarantee by the mortgage is a mode of guarantees for creditor's rights, which can prevent the risks of creditor's rights and safeguard business transactions. It shows great flexibility and variety in practice. The abandonment of the order of mortgage right is a special phenomena in a guarantee by mortgage. The study of it will help to develop and perfect the regulations of guarantee by mortgage in China. |
