青少年社会工作者素质模型的构建特点与层次研究

青少年社会工作者素质模型的研究对从业者个人以及青少年社工机构均有重要意义。其构建思路受青少年社会工作独特工作伦理及工作视角的影响,有别于一般企业。青少年社会工作者素质模型可分为发挥基础作用的工作族素质,发挥区别作用的专业素质以及发挥优选作用的领域素质三个关系递进的层次,每个层次均包含若干项对青少年社会工作者的具体能力要求。
