| Abstract: | The essence of knowledge innovation varies under different situations,and thus reveals different contents of social progress.Knowledge innovation enforces the socialization of knowledge and the intellectualization of the society ,and finally becomes the dominating power of ecomomic and social development;the historic function of knowledge innovation has a very close relationship with social development,as society develops ,knowledge innovation will become more powerful and develop more functions. |
