反贪初查工作存在的问题及对策——以基层检察机关反贪初查工作的实践为视角

当前反贪初查工作主要存在以下问题:初查案件线索的管理较粗放、初查措施手段的适用较落后、初查法律文书的制作不规范以及初查监督机制的建设有缺陷。究其原因主要为:对于反贪初查工作的性质没有形成统一认识,关于反贪初查工作的地位缺乏明确法律依据以及关于反贪初查工作的评价存在一定不良导向。为此,应着重从多方面来予以解决。
