| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thoughts of international strategy are well marked by the times, by its foresightedness and by its nationalism. His thoughts mainly focus on the following aspects: the awareness of the international situation to make clear what the core problem is; sticking to the principle of maintaining independence and keeping the initiative in our own hands to defend the sovereignty of the state; taking the country's interests as the supreme priority, and not having debates in ideology. |
