| 摘 要： | 可持续发展问题的中心是人,控制人口数量、提高人口质量是实现人类经济社会可持续发展的根本保证,而马尔萨斯的人口理论和舒尔茨的人力资本理论正是从这两个方面对可持续发展理论做出了里程碑性质的贡献。正确认识和评价这两座里程碑,对促进我国经济社会的可持续发展有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | The focus of sustainable development issue would be people. The ultimate guarantee for realizing the sustainable development of mankind's economic society is to control the size of population, improve the quality of people. And that Malthus' population theory and Schultz' s human capital theory has just made the contribution of milestone nature to the sustainable development theory in these two aspects. Understanding and appraising these two milestones correctly will have important meanings in promoting the sustainable development of the economic society of our country. |
