| 摘 要： | 复合行为犯罪，又称复合行为犯，是指法律明文规定的，一个实行行为内部包含数个不同性质且整体意义上不能独立成罪的危害性自然行为的犯罪。复合行为犯的共犯形态包括共同正犯、教唆犯与帮助犯。但由于复合行为犯行为的复杂性，复合行为犯的共犯形态又表现出与单一行为犯共犯形态在犯罪构成、定罪、量刑上的不同，尤其是与复合行为犯关系紧密的共同实行犯和承继的共犯这两种特殊的共犯形态。
