| 摘 要： | 当传统法律面对生态危机束手无策时,生态化法律应运而生。生态化法律是在传统各部门法扬弃和整合的基础上,有所超越,有所创新的崭新法律制度。本文从生态危机对传统法律的挑战、生态化法律调整范围的扩张以及避免生态化法律对传统法律的矫枉过正等方面对生态化法律问题进行了探讨分析。

| Abstract: | Facing ecological crises,the traditional law system has become unworkable.Thus the ecological law comes into existence.Ecological law is an entirely new law system with creation and elimination.It is formed on the basis of transformation of the various divisions of traditional law.The author analyses some aspects of ecological law including the challenge of ecological crises to traditional law,the development of ecological law system and the prevention of the overcorrect of ecological law against traditional law. |
