| Abstract: | It is significant to respect and guarantee human rights,which is basic for constructing socialist harmonious society.The operational mechanism of human right in socialist harmonious society contains the following: human rights developing mechanism,human rights guarantee mechanism,human rights encouragement mechanism,human rights coordinating mechanism,human rights remedy mechanism and human rights supervised mechanism.This should perfect system to respect and ensure human rights. |
