| 摘 要： | 进城务工人员的权益极易受到侵害,维护其合法权益是工会的职责。工会工作要实现与进城务工人员权益诉求的对接,在加快工会组建步伐,加大源头参与力度,建立特殊的救助制度,建立培训机制等方面,加强对进城务工人员权益的维护。

| Abstract: | The rights and interests of migrant workers from rural areas are easy to be infringed upon. To safeguard their legitimate rights and interests is the duty of Chinese trade unions. Trade union work should realize to pay attention to their claim of rights and interests. Trade unions should strengthen to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers from rural areas in the fields of quickening the pace of organizing trade unions, strengthening participation from the source, establishing special help system and training mechanism. |
