高职院校图书馆员提高综合素质刍议

高职院校图书馆是高职教育教学的重要组成部分,是教师科研、教学的参谋部,是学生学习的"第二课堂".然而其馆员的知识结构和服务技能等综合素质不能适应高职教育的需要.高职教育要发展,高职图书馆也要发展,提高其馆员素质是高职图书馆的一项迫在眉睫的任务.我们应采取注重职业道德培养、加强在职培训、定期组织学术交流等措施,大幅度提高高职院校图书馆员的综合素质.

On the Preliminary Argumentation of the Library Assistant's Comprehensive Capacities Promotion in Higher Vocational and Technical Institutes

The library is an important part in Higher Vocational and Technical Institute.It is the information source for research and teaching,and also the "second class" of students.However,the comprehensive capacities such as the knowledge structure and service techniques of the library assistants could not satisfy the needs of the education in Higher Vocational and Technical Institute.It is very crucial to promote the capacities of the library assistants as to keep up with the development of the Higher Vocational and Technical Institute.Some measures such as paying attention to professional morals,strengthening professional training and organizing academic communication timely and so on should be adopted to promote the comprehensive capacities of the library assistants.
