| 摘 要： | 中国通过开放沿海城市和地区，实施开放策略。在此方针下，珠江经济区和长江经济区这两个主要的沿海经济区已经发展起来。这两个地区都是在政府规划和市场运作的基础上通过扩大经济联系发展成为大型经济区的。例如，珠江经济区就发展了“9＋2”合作框架（9个相关省份加上香港、澳门）来促进次区域间的合作和经济发展；长三角地区也已经建立起了跨省市的联系合作机制。

| Abstract: | The economic cooperation of Pan-Beibu-Gulf has been the new field of cooperation between China and ASEAN. The national governments of China and ASEAN think highly of the Pan-Beibu-Gulf regional cooperation, trying to turn it to be a new growth pole of mutual economic integration and the platform of economic cooperation. The economic cooperation of Pan- Beibu-Gulf is showing great potentiality, and therefore is paid extremely attention. |
