| 摘 要： | 侦查行为在保证国家刑事目的实现的同时,也容易使公民权利受到伤害。要兴利除弊,就必须实现刑事侦查法治化。媒体监督则是保证侦查行为在法治轨道上运行的有效力量。然而,新闻媒体的特性决定了其对刑事侦查权的运作有着天然的涉足和"侵犯"。因此,要保障媒体对侦查活动的健康监督,还必须设置必要的限度,规范媒体监督,排除媒体对侦查独立的非法干扰,以保障司法独立的真正实现。
