| 摘 要： | 犯罪被害人的被害性是被害人本身的一种特性,是加害人实施加害行为时可以利用和必须利用的有利条件,它与被害人的被害原因(加害行为是被害的根本原因)是两个不同的概念,它具有诱发性、易感性、受容性和转换性等特性,并表征着犯罪与被害互动关系的机制与过程.

| Abstract: | Victimity of the crime victim, a unique character of the victim himself, is an advantageous condition that can and must be used by the assaulter when committing assaulting behaviors. It is a concept definitely different from the victimized reason of the victim (assaulting behaviors are the basic reason for being assaulted). It has the characteristics of enticement, susceptibility, sufferance and transformation, and is a token of the mechanism and process of the interactive relationship between misdeed and cases of being assaulted. |
