| 摘 要： | 犯罪情节对定罪和量刑具有重要的意义和作用。对跨时间、空间的案件的犯罪数额认定、无形资产的价值认定和危害后果严重程度的认定是目前网络经济犯罪情节认定中颇具争议的三个疑难问题。研究这三个问题,对公安、司法机关准确打击此类高科技经济犯罪有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Criminal has important meaning and function to decide and measure penalty. To maintain the numbers of the cases happened in different time and space, to maintain value of immaterial assets and the serious degree of result are disputed problems in maintaining present plot of making crime on Internet. Researching on three problems, which have reference value for public security officials and judicial organs to accurately strike this kind of hi-teach economic crime. |
